With great enthusiasm, we welcome you to the Office of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Antiracism.
It is an honor to serve as the IDEA Officer at Butte College. My desire is for you to have empowering and supportive experiences through this office. We want to build a community that can support authentic and collaborative relationships. The IDEA Office aims to equip our campus community with knowledge focused from an EDI lens to enhance our students, faculty, and staff's perspectives and experiences.
